Housekeeping Status Desk

:

Summary: The Housekeeping Status Desk at Rosen Hotels & Resorts efficiently receives, records, and distributes work orders to the housekeeping staff. It also coordinates with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive work orders and requests for housekeeping services
• Record and distribute work orders to housekeeping staff promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Ensure all assigned guest calls or special requests are completed based on Company Standards
• Update and maintain accurate records and reports in the tracking system
• Follow Company Standards for guest service and maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and team members
• Adhere to the drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies of the company
• All other duties assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
