We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Automotive Office Manager to join our leadership team.

Job Summary: The Automotive Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership's office. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains compliance with all regulations, and supports the dealership's overall success by managing office staff and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Supervise office staff including receptionists and accounting personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all DMV regulations and internal control policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain dealership records and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with department managers to coordinate administrative support.
• Improve office procedures and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an office management or accounting role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealership CDK accounting software.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and office administration.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
