Systems Administrator II - Telecommunications

Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users and devices.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune environments.
- Support virtualization platforms, networking infrastructure, and firewalls.
- Assist with security initiatives, system maintenance, documentation, and infrastructure projects.
- Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
Skills/Must Have:
- 3+ years of systems administration and desktop support experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, virtualization, and firewall administration.
- PowerShell scripting and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
