Senior OEM Vendor Manager

:

Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Senior OEM Vendor Manager to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• The OEM Vendor Manager is responsible for managing strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and technology vendors supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
• Identity process to reduce technical debt, optimize cost saving, and
• Ensures vendor compliance with federal acquisition regulations, cybersecurity standards, and mission-specific performance metrics.
• Manages relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements. Conducts cost analysis, tracks vendor performance, and facilitates governance meetings. Supports the development and implementation of vendor management best practices and tools.
• Serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders, procurement officials, and OEM partners to oversee contract execution, lifecycle planning, supply chain risk management (SCRM), and delivery of mission-critical hardware and software.
• Expertise in contract management, technical sourcing, and vendor performance optimization.
• Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments

Required:

• 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS

Desired:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, Contract Management, or a related field.
• DAWIA Level II or III - Contracting or Program Management

Clearance:

• Top Secret

Certification:

• IAM and IAT Level III
