A leading cloud communications provider is seeking a Sr. Sales Solutions Specialist to enhance sales of CCaaS & AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in direct CCaaS sales, a strong grasp of contact center management, and will work collaboratively with other sales professionals to drive revenue growth. This role involves delivering presentations, creating proposals, and training teams, all while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
