Front Desk Agent
Florida Sports and Family Health Center is looking for a full-time Front Desk Agent/Supervisor.
Requirements:- High school degree or equivalent.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish a plus).
- Verifiable employment references.
- EHR experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, making/canceling/confirming appointments.
- Check-in/check-out of customers.
- Maintaining/updating EHR.
- Scanning/uploading documents to EHR.
- Supervising front desk personnel.
- Report to Practice Manager.
- Interviewing candidates.
Position:
- The rate of pay starting at $16-17/hour.
