Experienced PMHNP with Dual Certificiation as FNP/PMHNP -Mix of OP and IP-No Weekends

*An established community behavioral health program in Lakeland and Bartow, FL is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an integrated care team.
*This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment.
*The PMHNP will work with a mixed caseload of adults, children, and adolescents, maintaining an approximate 50/50 adult and child/adolescent split.
*Clinical duties include both outpatient services and inpatient care, including Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and Short-Term Residential Treatment (SRT).
*The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with reasonable patient volumes and some scheduling flexibility.
*Candidates must be PMHNP certified, hold an active Florida APRN license; dual PMHNP/FNP certification is preferred.
