Software Developer

We are seeking a Software Developer to assist in the creation and maintenance of software by working across departments to understand end-user needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building reliable, scalable software systems that enhance user experience and business performance. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities:- Develop and test software to meet business needs
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
- Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements
- Test and deploy programs and applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
- Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
- Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
- Create technical documentation to guide future software development projects
- Develop quality assurance procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of software development experience, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, Java, Php, PLSQL , SQL
- Database applications : SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL,
- Client-side technology: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Version Control tools: Git, SVN
- Web services: Rest API, SOAP
- Knowledge of cloud computing AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (PMP) and IT certifications are a plus
