We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front-of-house team. Veterinary experience is not required; we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Position Overview: Client Service Representative

As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a positive, compassionate experience for both people and pets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing a career in veterinary medicine or client-focused healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally

• Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone calls

• Process payments and maintain accurate client records

• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and clinical staff

• Support client education and follow-up communication

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or reception experience preferred, but not required

• Willingness to learn veterinary terminology, workflows, and hospital systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: competitive hourly rate, based on experience
• Flexible Scheduling Options:
• Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
