We're searching for someone who has 2 Years of Experience as a Case Manager at a personal Injury firm (REQUIRED) . Someone who is accountable, reliable, highly organized, focused, and thrives under pressure. Knows Microsoft Office and is comfortable navigating Case Management software (Knowledge of FileVine is a plus!). This is a FULL-TIME, IN-PERSON ROLE, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
As a Case Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind case progress from intake to resolution, supporting clients and attorneys with compassion, clarity, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit and litigation personal injury cases
- Drafting and sending demands and settlement documents
- Ordering and reviewing medical records and bills
- Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Updating tasks, notes, and documentation in the case management system
- Ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and moving toward resolution
