Ixchel Skin and Body Medical Spa is a physician-led luxury medical spa serving the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in advanced aesthetic medicine including laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, hair restoration, IV therapy, weight management, and medical-grade skincare.
We are looking for someone who loves talking with people, enjoys selling, and believes in delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first phone call.
This is not a typical receptionist position.
Our ideal candidate understands that every phone call, text message, and consultation request is an opportunity to build relationships and help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Position Summary
The Client Relations & Sales Receptionist is the first impression of our practice.
Your primary responsibility is converting inquiries into booked consultations and treatments while creating an outstanding experience for every client.
If you enjoy helping people, are naturally persuasive, and thrive in a sales environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Convert phone inquiries into scheduled consultations
- Respond quickly to online leads, texts, emails, and social media inquiries
- Educate prospective clients about our treatments and services
- Recommend appropriate services based on client goals
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Schedule appointments while maximizing provider productivity
- Promote memberships, treatment packages, and skincare products
- Follow up with leads who have not yet booked
- Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations
- Check clients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and financing options
- Maintain accurate client records
- Work closely with providers to deliver exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end sales
- Proven sales experience
- Strong customer service background
- Experience with scheduling software
- Knowledge of social media communication
- Computer proficiency
- High school diploma required
- College education preferred

- $40k-60k+ base + Uncapped commission
