Senior Associate Attorney - Corporate Transactional

Our Firm, a leading multi-service law firm established in 1960, is seeking two experienced attorneys to join our Corporate and Business Transactions Practice at our Palm Beach Gardens office. One attorney will have 6 8 years of experience, and the other 9 15 years . This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile corporate transactions in a collaborative, collegial, and growth-focused environment.

You will work on matters including:

• Corporate law, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private placement offering documentation, and asset purchases
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of transactional documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, and corporate governance documents
• Data privacy and cybersecurity, exempt organizations, corporate tax, or possess an LLM degree

What We're looking for :

• 6 15 years of experience focusing on Corporate and Business Transactions
• Expertise in corporate law, partnerships, LLCs, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and asset purchases
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and research skills
• Ability to mentor, lead, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
