Would you be a great Event Production Technical Specialist?

To thrive as an Event Production Assistant at John Knox Village of Florida, candidates should possess a strong background in theatre production and experience in a variety of cultural events, including musicals and dance. The ability to analyze and evaluate the technical needs for various events is crucial, as you will be responsible for planning, developing, scheduling, and providing necessary technical support. Proficiency in Windows-based programs is essential, alongside excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Physical stamina is important, as the role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Equally, you should be adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team, embodying the core values of our organization and contributing positively to our energetic culture.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Experience in theatre production
• Experience in a variety of cultural events including musicals
• and dance
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the need for technical support for various events and performances: plan
