Gift Shop Sales Associate
Carlisle Gifts is looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy helping guests and creating a welcoming shopping experience. As a Gift Shop Sales Associate, you’ll assist guests with merchandise selection, operate the cash register, maintain attractive displays, and help keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to every guest.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Assist guests with product selection and answer questions about merchandise.
- Stock, price, organize, and merchandise products.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and organized displays and sales areas.
- Receive and organize merchandise shipments as needed.
- Assist with promotions, seasonal displays, and special events.
- Follow cash-handling, safety, and company policies.
- Work cooperatively with team members to provide an excellent guest experience.

Schedule & Availability
- Part-time
- Flexible scheduling
- Must be available to work some Saturdays, holidays, and special events based on business needs
Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
