Treatment Coordinator (Ocean Dental Studio)
Ocean Dental Studio is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team of dental professionals in Boynton Beach, FL. Our modern, state-of-the-art practice is known for providing comprehensive dental care with advanced technology and a patient-focused approach.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. If you’re a team player with strong communication skills and dental front desk experience, we’d love to hear from you!
** Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus! **
Compensation: $23-30 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule/Job Type:
- Full-time.
- In-person.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience (required).
- Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and AR management.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
