What we're looking for
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer science and software engineering
- Comfort with data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean coding principles
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically
- Advanced-level English communication skills
- Confidence and clarity when reasoning through technical problems

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real client projects across the stack
- Participate in system design discussions and coding tasks
- Collaborate in mock interviews and technical discussions to grow as a team
- Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly with the team and clients
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code
Preferred technical background
