🔧What You’ll Do

• Assemble and sub-assemble medical device components with precision and care.
• Sterilize raw materials and finished products using alcohol in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot braiding machines that reinforce plastic catheters with metal.
• Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures and equipment calibration.

🧠What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in production or assembly.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated, climate-controlled environment with PPE.

🏭Work Environment

• Cleanroom and braiding machine area (earplugs provided).
• PPE provided (except steel-toe shoes).
• Orientation begins at 8:00 AM on your first day.
• Training lasts a minimum of 3 months on your assigned shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $23.52/hr.
