Server
 The  Server  is responsible for providing information to help members and guests with their food and beverage selections; presenting ordered choices, enhancing the quality of the Club’s service, serving in a professional and efficient manner, and ensuring members and guests have a memorable dining experience. 
Job Duties:
- Greet all members and guests in a warm, friendly, service-oriented manner.
 - Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Club standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the Club.
 - Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
 - Be knowledgeable of and comply, at all times, with the Club’s standards, policies, and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
 - Set up side station and perform assigned side (prep) work.
 - Have full knowledge of the entire menu, as well as daily specials, desserts, etc.
 - Fill glasses with ice water, present the menu, explain the chef’s specials, answer questions, and offer suggestions on daily specials and wine selections.
 - Record members’ and guests’ selections. Ensure the correct account numbers and names are given for billing.
 - Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events.
 - Transmit orders to the bar and kitchen and inform cooks about any special cooking instructions or knowledge of any food allergies.
 - Expedite the orders from the kitchen in a presentable and timely manner.
 - Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner, and offer suggestions.
 - Provide attentive service, focusing on members’ and guests’ needs.
 - Check back to ensure members' and guests' satisfaction; replenish water, butter, and other condiments as necessary.
 - Present dessert menus, and suggest and serve dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks.
 - Thank members and guests; invite them to return.
 - Verify the accuracy of member/guest names, account numbers, prices, taxes, tips, and other charges on all checks.
 - Handle all member/guest charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures.
 - Keep dining room and bus station areas clean. Clear, clean, and re-set tables that have been vacated.
 - Advise the supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
 - Attend staff meetings including pre-shift (line-up) meetings and training as required.
 - Consistently follow state and local laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
 - Keep abreast of the industry to include hot items and trends.
 - Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
