Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support daily accounts receivable operations
  • Prepare, process, and send accurate estimates and invoices
  • Receive, post, and reconcile customer payments
  • Maintain and update AR reports and billing spreadsheets
  • Monitor reports emails and update tracking sheets accordingly
  • Assist with customer collections, including reminders and payment coordination
  • Maintain detailed financial records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing and payment matters
  • Escalate payment issues, system concerns, or dissatisfied customer situations to management
  • Utilize company software, applications, and contract platforms consistently
  • Assist leadership with reporting and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of accounting software and/or advanced spreadsheet experience
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Pensacola, FL
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide supportive collaboration across departments
  • Clean driving record
  • Marine or yachting industry experience preferred, but not required
