We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Tampa, FL. We are a highly reputable, growing multidisciplinary team that believes in providing high quality care and helping others improve their quality of life. We are seeking a like-minded nurse practitioner to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support to a wide variety of patients and work in a friendly, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team. This position will split coverage between our two offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Palm Harbor.

We treat a variety of conditions to include acute and chronic injuries, personal injury and TBIs.

Duties:
-Patient exam/evaluation- HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
-Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing
-Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
-Referral to other providers as indicated
-Documentation- timely and accurate
-Patient education- as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
-Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
-Graduation from an Accredited NP program
-Nurse Practitioner license in FL
Schedule:
-Full time 5 days a week (Split between St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Palm Harbor)
Salary:
-$115k-$125k
