Branding and Sales Manager plays an essential part in the success of our business. If you are looking to break into the industry and gain hands-on experience while continuously learning and developing your skills then this position is for you!

We're looking to hire an entry-level branding and sales manager to help take brands even further. You will use your creativity and skills to implement marketing and branding strategies that help the company reach its objectives.

This is a highly competitive role. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within the Events team to assist with overseeing and developing the sales team to drive company revenue.

Entry Level Branding and Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Meet with company executives to determine brand objectives

• Present, and execute marketing ideas to meet all brand objectives

• Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns

• Work directly with the sales team providing support to both the customers and the team during the sales process

• Analyze individual, team and campaign performance

• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team

• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

• Report on team and individual performance

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Entry Level Branding and Sales Manager Requirements

• Some experience or study in Branding, Management or Marketing is a bonus

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

• Superb organizational and time-management skills

• Product knowledge including pricing, packaging, and positioning

• Goal-oriented and results-driven partnered with a creative mindset

• Strong leadership qualities

• Ability to build rapport with clients
