Mission Support Specialist (Workforce Management)

Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Submitting and monitoring personnel-related actions related to promotions, reassignments, transfers, retirements, awards, timecards, and leave; Developing and delivering briefings, project papers, status reports, staff reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations; Assisting leadership in the development and implementation of policies related to sector workforce and position management, procedures, and other matters affecting USBP administrative programs; Collecting and analyzing Freedom of information Act (FOIA) requests or other requests for confidential data.
