Head of Banking and International Reputation Risk, Senior Vice President

Job Summary

This position will play a critical role in managing and mitigating reputation risk across the firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance, challenging risk assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contributor for all New Activity submissions.
• Review and challenge Reputation Risk Assessment Referrals.
• Partner with First Line of Defense Enterprise-level risk program owners to provide reputation risk guidance and advice for strategic business initiatives and transactions.
• Escalate significant or unaddressed risk issues and control environment concerns to senior management and Second Line of Defense partners.
• Review and challenge of business initiatives and existing frameworks developed by the first line of defense.

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expert with comprehensive business knowledge pertaining to financial products utilized by clients.
• Proven ability to be able to engage with the business and collaborate effectively with multiple in-business Reputation Risk teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills to manage diverse teams and coordinate across different risk stripes.
• Ability to manage internal relationships and foster effective partnerships.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
