DATA/BI Analyst (Senior/MId)

We're seeking a Senior to Mid-Level Data/Business Intelligence Analyst to join our ambitious team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to deliver clear, actionable insights and strategies, directly impacting our marketing and business development initiatives to enhance media effectiveness and maximize advertising ROI.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Insightful Analysis : Analyze operational performance, deliver high-impact insights, and recommend strategies to optimize Commercial Operations and partner success.

• Data Visualization and Modeling : Build and maintain advanced dashboards and predictive models, providing critical data visualization and monitoring tools across marketing, sales, and operations.

• Standardize Metrics : Define and standardize business and product metrics within curated, optimized datasets to ensure consistency and reliability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with senior stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives, driving measurable outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Business Expertise : Exceptional ability to understand complex business needs, translate data into actionable strategies, and solve problems to drive commercial success.

• Relevant Experience : 4+ years of analytics experience for senior candidates (2+ years for mid-level), with a proven track record of delivering actionable business insights.

• BI Tools Expertise : Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, with expertise in data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting to support strategic decisions.

• Attention to Detail : Meticulous focus on data accuracy and delivering reliable, high-quality insights.

• Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in data modeling and ETL processes; familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or Python is a significant advantage.

• Communication Skills : Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Additional Advantage : Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) or statistical analysis is a plus.
