Director of Food & Beverage

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead Front of House and Culinary Operations within a luxury equestrian hotel.
This senior leadership role will oversee multiple dining outlets, with a focus on exceptional guest service, operational performance, team development, and profitability. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, cost controls, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and payroll.
• Recruit, train, develop, and lead high-performing management and operational teams.
• Partner with Executive Chefs and Beverage Managers on menu development, wine and cocktail programs, and dining innovation.
• Develop seasonal promotions, special events, and signature dining experiences.
• Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction, and financial performance and report results to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol, wage and hour, and operational standards.
• Oversee service standards and continually improve the guest experience. WHAT YOU BRING
• 3+ years of senior-level Food & Beverage management experience overseeing multiple outlets.
• New restaurant opening experience required.
• Luxury service experience required.
• Proven success developing director- and management-level teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Extensive restaurant industry knowledge.
• ServSafe Manager Certification and Alcohol Compliance Certification.
