Travel Nurse - Med Surg Job in Crestview, FL - $6,995 per Month (2 Years Experience Needed)

This contract pays approximately $6,995/month gross.
Assignment details:
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift length: 12 hour shifts
- Hours per week: 36
- Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
- Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
