The Island Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering industry-leading hospitality standards to maintain upkeep,safety, and cleanliness on the Destination. This role is accountable for the detailed identification, reporting, execution, andfollow-up for maintenance and cleaning needs for the public spaces, beachfront, seating areas, restrooms, and back-of house operations. This role supports the Island Experience Manager in all operational aspects to ensure the Destinationperformance objectives, KPI’s, Guest and Team Member satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet andexceed Company’s targets.
