Customer Service Rep/Assist Project Manager
Office duties:
Answer phones, scheduling customers, coordinating with technicians, inputting paperwork, light cleaning.
Prefer bilingual and experience with QuickBooks (willing to train).
Provide assistance to senior project manager including project documentation, correspondence, scheduling and project files.
Must be organized and willing to learn.
Full time position but will consider part time. Monday through Friday, in office until 5:30PM.
