We are seeking a process focused and analytical Senior Manager of Marketing and Development to lead our marketing efforts at We Sell Restaurants. This senior-level role will oversee all aspects of marketing analytics and operational functions, ensuring our campaigns are optimized for maximum impact.

This Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in generating actionable reporting to inform executive decision-making, while serving as the primary liaison between marketing and our development team. Additionally, the role involves regular updates to JIRA and leadership of the offshore development team as well as in-house direct reports. The candidate assuming this role will shape the future of our marketing infrastructure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Marketing Analytics and Functions: Execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and performance tracking across channels such as email, social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Drive Data-Driven Insights : Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot and Zoho to measure ROI, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness; identify trends and recommend optimizations.
  • Integrate AI Tools: Partner with senior leadership to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered enhancements across the BOSS and CRM systems, driving platform management development, marketing efficiencies, and strategic productivity gains through seamless integration and innovative applications.
  • Reporting and Decision Support : Create and maintain dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and ad-hoc analyses that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership to support strategic decisions on budget allocation, market expansion, and product enhancements.
  • Interface with Development Team : Act as the primary point of contact with our internal development team to align marketing needs with technical capabilities, such as website enhancements, app integrations, and custom tools for lead tracking or automation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Participate in the Leadership team to provide regular updates on marketing performance, project milestones, and cross-functional initiatives; collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive business alignment.
  • Team Leadership and Process Improvement: Manage a small team of marketing coordinators; foster a culture of innovation by implementing best practices in marketing technology and automation.

Qualifications

Experience: This is not an entry-level role. You must have 5+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years demonstrated success in analytics and development; proven track record in a B2B environment, preferably in real estate, brokerage, or hospitality sectors.

Skills:

- Expertise in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.

- High proficiency in Excel for data analysis is required.

- Experience with Hubspot and JIRA are preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and executive reporting.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., Google Analytics IQ, Digital Marketing Professional) preferred.
