A Pasta Bar is a modern Italian restaurant rooted in quality, technique, and atmosphere. For over 8 years, we have been established in New York City in the heart of SoHo, building a strong reputation through consistency, discipline, and high standards.

We are now expanding to Miami and are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Server is responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards and refined dining experience that define A Pasta Bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service
• Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and menu selections
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Accurately enter orders and manage tables using the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties

Desired Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and service
• Experience with Italian cuisine preferred
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a busy restaurant
• Experience using POS systems
• Strong knowledge of wine and classic cocktails
• Ability to confidently explain menu items and create memorable guest experiences
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
