A local well-established warehouse in Lakeland, FL is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire position with immediate availability, and the successful candidate will have the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Track, manage, and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments, ensuring that stock is properly stored and accessible
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications before they are shipped or used

Who We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and quality control
• Computer literacy is required, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and quality control processes

What You Can Expect

• $19.00 - $20.00/hour starting pay rate
• Regular schedule of Monday –Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
