American Welding & Gas Inc., has an immediate opening for an Experienced Inside Sales Person at our Orlando, FL location. Assist Territory Managers to actively review and manage existing customer Accounts Receivable balances to help minimize working capital investment and financial risk. Intake calls from customers for new orders or assist in resolving emergency orders. Call on "house" accounts with annual sales below $10,000 to increase sales volume and frequency. Grow the sales with those customers through telemarketing of other products. In collaboration with the Sales VP, establish benchmarks to determine frequency and objectives of customer calls, tracking and updating opportunities in CM, growth expectations and goals related to sales and margins, product training and development, and professional development goals. Utilize Outlook, Call Proof, or other company designated CRM platforms for planning, scheduling, and professional time management. Maintain and demonstrate a positive attitude with all associates, customers, vendors, and other business partners. Meet goals and objectives set by and with management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements:   ~ Bachelor's degree or industry experience preferred. ~1-3 years of previous sales experience ~ Knowledge of welding and gas products strongly preferred. ~ Industrial sales experience strongly preferred. ~ Successful track record of managing a sale territory. ~ Strong time and management skills ~ Critical thinking skills ~ Strong written and oral communication skills ~ Needs a strong industrial background Preferred Skills: Goal oriented Interpersonal skills Can navigate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Sales process training Knowledge and understanding of financial accounting terms and principles including gross margin and gross margin percent.   American Welding & Gas (AWG) is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial gases as well as a provider of all your welding supply needs.
