    • Material Availability (Am)
    • Train to Qualify (T2Q) replacement sailors
    • Maintenance and sustainment performance
    • Active Cannibalizations
    • Squadron readiness and operational performance

  • Manage databases to prevent duplicate data entry and administrative rework.
  • Develop reports that provide complete traceability and visibility of serviceable material or component transfers.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level briefings to senior leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Participate in recurring status meetings, technical working groups, and meetings with Government stakeholders.
  • Contribute to weekly analytical products, monthly status reports, and other required contract deliverables.
  • Safeguard classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, and Privacy Act data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in business, analytics, or a related field; equivalent military or commercial experience may be accepted.
  • At least three years of specialized experience in business management and systems analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with:
    • SQL
    • Microsoft Access
    • SharePoint
    • Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present high-level briefings to senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear graphs, charts, tables, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
