New Gym Openings Manager

: New Gym Openings Manager Position Summary: As the New Gym Openings Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating, instructing, and providing guidance to franchisees throughout every stage of new gym openings. Your primary goal will be to achieve profitable outcomes before and within the initial six months of gym operation. You will report directly to the Director of New Gym Openings and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Pre-Sales and ramping gyms. Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site sales and operations training with franchisees and full gym staff three times prior to opening
• Provide administrative support with all systems and processes via pre-opening checklists, franchisee communication, and vendor follow-up
• Oversee the daily sales, marketing and operational aspects of the Pre-Sales and ramping gyms
• Ensure daily production accountability to hit all sales key performance indicators (KPIs) for the gyms in Pre-Sale
• Support with fitness services promotions and preparation during the new gym opening process, including personal training and group fitness
• Provide Pre-Sale marketing support with social media, B2B and field marketing efforts
• Prepare and support events and promotions during Pre-Sale

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales and marketing experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the fitness industry
• Willingness to travel 60-70% to new locations and corporate offices
• Occasional availability on Saturdays for special events
• Proven experience in managing a team in a fitness-related role
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Experience in managing and executing events and promotions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for fitness and new gym openings
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
