Property Manager – Venice, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Property Manager to lead operations for a luxury Class A community. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager with strong lease-up success, team leadership ability, and a passion for resident engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, performance-focused, and skilled at driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, resident relations, collections, budgeting, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members to achieve performance goals.
• Drive leasing success with a focus on lease-ups, outreach marketing, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships including scheduling, contracts, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and local/state regulations.
• Maintain property appearance, perform inspections, and coordinate capital improvements.
• Handle rent collections, delinquency management, and, when necessary, evictions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (Class A lease-up experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of producing results in a performance-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the Venice/North Port/Sarasota submarket.
• Experience with resident retention programs, outreach marketing, and team building.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MRI knowledge highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
