Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $45 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Experienced, HVAC serice technician needed for a challenging responsibility to manage important customer accounts.
• Successful candidates will have valid FL driver's license and EPA certification, ability and motivation to accurately diagnose, repair, replace & maintain HVACR equipment.
• Be responsible for a company vehicle to keep clean & maintain parts inventory documents.
• The work vehicle is to be driven home daily.
• Good record keeping and paperwork completion is a vital part of this job.
• Profitable repair sales experience required, numerous commission & bonus opportunities, on-call rotation, year-round work, tool purchase/replacement program, continuing education program, group insurance program, vacation & holidays paid, Retirement program, Drug Free Workplace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a refrigeration technician.
• HVAC certification. Braising and soldering skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
• Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Skills testing required to qualify.
• NATE certification is helpful.
• Solid opportunity for advancement in management or sales.
• Pay based upon talent, aptitude testing and verifiable experience.
• Minimum 5 years light commercial A/C and/or refrigeration and ice machine experience.
