Position Summary
Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking an OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing Women's Health team. This is a 100% outpatient role focused exclusively on ambulatory women's health services.
There are no deliveries, no operating room time, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. Physicians work a predictable Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for exceptional work-life balance.
You will provide comprehensive gynecologic and outpatient obstetrical care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment supported by experienced clinical staff.

100% outpatient
No deliveries or surgical responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
Provide well-woman exams, acute visits, and family planning services
Deliver evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care for low- to moderate-risk patients
Perform in-office gynecologic procedures, including:
Annual exams
Contraception and LARC insertion/removal
Colposcopy and biopsies
Menopausal care
Coordinate care with Women's Health providers and clinical leadership
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Epic
Complete billing and close clinical tasks in accordance with policy
Refer patients appropriately for testing, specialty care, and follow-up
Participate in quality improvement and peer review initiatives
Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff and medical assistants
May rotate across multiple outpatient clinic locations as needed
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (or board-approved equivalent)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Active or eligible Florida medical license
Active or eligible DEA registration
Prior outpatient OB/GYN experience preferred
BLS certification
Experience with Epic or other EMR systems preferred
