Business analysis & requirements documentation
Process mapping (Visio or similar)
Stakeholder communication & facilitation
Experience with ServiceNow (or similar tools)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Business case development (ROI, cost-benefit analysis)
Understanding of business technical requirement translation
Minimum Skills (Basic Requirements)
3+ years of Business Analyst experience
Basic process analysis and documentation skills
Ability to work with business and IT teams
Good communication (written & verbal)
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
