- Salary: $78,000 - $107,600/yr
- Bonus: $5,000 annual bonus

Position Summary
The Supervisor II, Laboratory (Auto Chemistry) is responsible for supervision over multiple functions including oversight of laboratory testing for core lab, monitoring workflow from sample processing to results reporting, and day-to-day teammate guidance. Position evaluates and monitors compliance with service guarantees and specimen quality requirements.
Primary Functions
- Ensures teammate adherence to procedures and quality assurance requirements
- Serves as resource to teammates, providing oversight and support to training and competency program
- Monitors performance to established targets and goals
- Facilitates resolution of organizational obstacles
- Manages teammates employment activity including hiring, promoting, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions
- Monitors workflow and delegates responsibilities to team members
- Maintains active role in quality improvement program
Must-Haves
- 6-8 years experience as Medical Technologist/Supervisor
- Bachelors degree in Medical Technology, biological sciences or related field
- FL Supervisors license in Chemistry
- Certified by professional laboratory certifying agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT)
