Magnolia Cleaning Service is Tampa's fastest-growing residential cleaning company. We serve high-end clients and hold ourselves to a 5-star standard — and we'll train you on everything you need to know. No prior cleaning experience required.

We're a family-owned business, so you're never just a number. You'll join a supportive team that invests in your growth, rewards great work, and actually enjoys coming in on Mondays.

Hours run 7:45 am – 3 to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Most technicians average 30–40 hours per week.

Candidates with experience in hotel housekeeping, home health care, caregiving, or general labor are especially encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Willing to pass a criminal background check
