Entry-Level Accounts Payable Processor

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Work Arrangement: Onsite during training (approximately 90 days); hybrid thereafter — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities

• Code and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review invoice information for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related questions or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations
• Assist with additional accounts payable responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office, administrative, data entry, accounting, or accounts payable experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently . You don't need extensive accounting experience, but you should enjoy working with numbers and data and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy while processing a large volume of information.

Work Environment

• Onsite training for approximately 90 days
• Transition to a 3-day onsite / 2-day remote hybrid schedule following successful completion of training
