Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This in-office role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong transactional real estate experience and the ability to manage commercial closings from start to finish.

The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will play a key role in drafting, reviewing, organizing, and coordinating commercial real estate transaction documents. This is a strong fit for someone who brings a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to support sophisticated commercial real estate matters in a fast-paced law firm setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage commercial real estate closings from opening through post-closing, including documentation, coordination, deadlines, and file organization.
- Draft, review, proofread, and revise correspondence, transaction documents, closing documents, and other legal materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to support timely and accurate transaction completion.
- Organize due diligence materials, title and survey documents, closing checklists, and related transaction files.
- Track critical dates, closing requirements, signatures, deliverables, and follow-up items throughout each transaction.
- Support a busy real estate practice with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32801.
- Work arrangement: In office only. No remote work.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage commercial real estate closings from start to finish.
- Prepare, review, and organize commercial real estate transaction documentation.
- Coordinate closing logistics, deadlines, due diligence, and post-closing follow-up.
- Support attorneys in a busy transactional real estate law practice.

- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience required.
- Strong commercial real estate transactional experience required.
- Experience handling commercial closings from start to finish is required.
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and written communication skills.
- Ability to review and manage real estate transaction documents with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities.
- Professional oral communication skills for interaction with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and third parties.
- Proactive, dependable, and collegial work style with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with law firm processes, legal procedures, and transaction workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting a commercial real estate practice within a law firm environment.
- Knowledge of practice-specific legal technology systems, research tools, and document management processes.
- Strong understanding of title, survey, due diligence, closing checklists, and post-closing procedures.
- Prior experience supporting high-volume or complex commercial real estate transactions.
