Club House Attendant

As a Clubhouse Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents and guests have a positive experience while using the clubhouse facilities. This position is ideal for individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests utilizing the clubhouse amenities
• Monitor clubhouse activities to ensure community rules and guidelines are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all clubhouse areas, including restrooms and amenities
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management
• Assist with room reservations, amenity access, and event setup as needed
• Respond to resident questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of the clubhouse and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Secure the facility at closing time according to established procedures

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Schedule

Part-time position with the following schedule:

• Weekdays: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Weekends:

  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM or

  • 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
