Sr. Regulatory Issue Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will play a critical part in managing regulatory issues within the Financial Crimes Management organization. Your expertise in KYC/AML, fraud, and claims will guide strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulations. You will oversee end-to-end regulatory management processes, including audit responses and remediation planning. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a focus on delivering results while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Provide guidance and leadership in regulatory issue management.
- Manage audit response and remediation planning.
- Oversight of team performance and development.
- Direct coordination with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Lead the development of project plans and controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Analyze and report on risk management issues.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in regulatory environments.
- Expertise in KYC/AML, fraud claims, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulations.
