What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality residential electrical installations in accordance with company standards
• Install electrical panels, circuits, outlets, lighting, switches, and wiring systems
• Complete panel upgrades, rewiring projects, and new circuit installations
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes and safety standards
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation plans as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members
• Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety
• Deliver a world-class client experience through professionalism and attention to detail
• Represent Elevate Home Services with integrity and pride on every job

What We're Looking For

• At least 2+ years of residential electrical installation experience
• Proficiency in panel upgrades, rewiring, and new circuit installations
• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, safety practices, and NEC standards
• A valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• A professional attitude with a strong customer service mindset
• A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing technical development
• The ability to stay organized, efficient, and process-driven
