As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Office Manager to handle the daily administrative
functions of our busy office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being a key part of a team that helps people rebuild.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Office Manager with administrative and clerical tasks
* Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
* Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
* Prepare job documentation, work orders, and invoices
* Schedule appointments
* Order and manage office and job site supplies
* Help with customer communication and follow-ups
* Support vendor and subcontractor coordination / Onboarding
* Track and enter project updates in internal systems

Qualifications:
* 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
* Must be Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional communication skills — both verbal and written
* Previous experience in construction or restoration is a plus (not required)
* Familiarity with job management software such as PSA, Encircle, and Quickbooks is a plus
