Responsibilities

• Operate zero-turn mowers to maintain large turf areas

• Trim, edge, and blow to maintain clean, professional lines

• Mow around headstones with precision and respect

• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

• Remove debris, trash, and fallen limbs

• Assist with shrub trimming and general landscape upkeep

• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures

• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of grounds care

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in landscaping, grounds, or tree work (personal lawn care does not qualify)

• 1+ year operating zero-turn mowers

• Knowledge of equipment safety and basic maintenance

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation

• Professional appearance and ability to maintain a well-groomed look

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor labor

• Comfortable working in heat, rain, and cold

• Able to stand, walk, and operate equipment for long periods

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
