Pump Operator/CDL B Driver

We are working with a family owned business hiring for a reliable, motivated CDL Driver/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps, assist with equipment maintenance and work closely with job-site crews to ensure efficient and safe concrete placement.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time
Pay Rate: $24-$30/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps safely and efficiently at construction job sites
- Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance and basic mechanical support on equipment
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Work closely with team members, supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion
- Follow all safety standards, industry regulations and job-site requirements
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including extended hours for large pours or major projects
Required Qualifications:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a current CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
- Clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of machinery
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding work
- Strong work ethic, reliability and self-motivation
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
- Reliable transportation
