Fine Dining Bartender (A Land Remembered)

Summary:

The Fine Dining Bartender will provide exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They will skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests according to Company Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests courteously.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision.
• Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Set up bar area prior to opening the bar, including liquor, ice, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Responsible for knowledge of laws regarding age requirements, responsible alcohol service guidelines, etc.
• Maintains Responsible Vendors training status and attends all mandatory meetings.
• Monitors guest's drinking habits to prevent abusive consumption of alcohol.
• Service and fulfill to-go orders via the lobby bar by phone and in person.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of bartending experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
