We are seeking a Vacation Property Manager to become a part of our Pensacola short term rental team.

Join our Florida based team revolutionizing the Florida Short Term Vacation Rental market. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirited candidates. You will work closely with all members of our incredible team who provide our guests and clients with the best level of service, communication, and revenue generation. Our guests come to us for a wonderful vacation experience and our clients come to us to protect their investments and provide the best returns possible.

We are looking for fulltime candidates who have a proven track record of success managing short term rental properties in the Pensacola market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate on the ground operations
• Maintain the highest standard of guest and owner communication
• Assist with marketing and sales for new client acquisitions
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement to reduce complaints
• Develop and execute policies and procedures to achieve the highest review ratings for our properties and service
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train our on the ground support teams
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in vacation property management
• Experience onboarding new clients
• Ability to build rapport with guests and owners
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
